Its like every week I am reading about a big company tenant filing for bankruptcy.

Many unfortunate commercial REITs will potentially end up in bankruptcy because their business models can' t survive the trump flu. 

., ...Death, disability, divorce or separation, job relocation, financial problems ----> "pre or post" bankruptcy, legal problems ----> civil suits, criminal actions, ...and more!)

We can only hope for a big change in leadership, that the city declare bankruptcy and cede its political power to the county and state, some kind of large federal spending program targeting poor areas or some kind of combination.

Or in my case, the retailer is near bankruptcy and drag the space out. 

"If you have a need to access cash from your house...maybe you owe the IRS taxes, have gone through bankruptcy, or behind on your mortgage payments...I could buy your house in the next 30 days to get you that money. 

Past bankruptcy, bad credit, late payments...

1) Owner has been filing chapter 13 bankruptcy to avoid losing her home so no mortgage- there is a lien on the home2) behind 21k on property taxes3) needs minor repairs and updating maybe 8k ARV: 90K Rents: 1200Mortgage owed when she filed for brupcy: 45k left on loan.

Unemployment rate is 15%+, bankruptcies are going up, business not making as much money. 

Rest are bankruptcies, liens, code violations, D4D, probate..
