Don't go to a hardware store to buy a banana.

While this may be true for some, this is not the case for others however we are all (being a newbie myself) being labeled as such.This forum is not all peaches and cream.

Plus renters like floors.I use an antique white (it like a cream color) and white on the trim and ceilings.

If you are willing to paint I'd get rid of that cream color or paint the tall ceiling of the living room a more inviting color.

But now I found an banana skin, for the rent collection and for the payments for utilities I need a bank account.Now its drolly, to obtain a EIN from the IRS I need a SSN, but I dont have these number, so I have a big problem now.

i have a feeling these are not the cream of the crop if they are still sitting around. 

@Jon Klaus   yes Jon figured that banking stuff out a few years ago.. but of course its not all peachs and cream  :)  but when it works its pretty nice. and an option to owning RE.Building as you do ( and I do ) of course can even be substantially better with leverage with 100% plus returns COC common place ... but lots of risk.

For example I always use a beige color (cream in my coffee) , a very light grey (azure snow) , and sometimes a very pale blue in laundry rooms/mud rooms etc.Gives a more “homey” feeling instead of depressing white everywhere!

Now that the country is 24 trillion in debt with a giant employment problem, huge geopolitical issues, domestic politics are bordering Banana Republic, those are not signs of a strong country.  

Do you get your money back and then some when you paint the exterior with a trendy white, cream, or grey color, vs leaving the brick as-is (assuming the brick is already in good condition)?
