Nope, still 300-350k people living here, and 2500 babies being born every year.

Go look at where realtors advertise (zillow, redfin, etc), and just find the youngest-looking baby face around.

I have been also logging all expenses into a "yearly expense journal" on Excel spread sheet that I created myself.Now that we have a baby and MUCH less time, I was wondering if it's wise to quit keeping my own records since we have a PM.

Personally, I wouldn't purchase my residence without title insurance - my parents nearly lost their home when I was a baby because of title issues that didn't become an issue until years after they'd purchased.  

This is a golden opportunity to start with the baby boomers aging.
