I was looking into OOS turnkey companies at the time and reading your posts was helpful in deciding not to go that direction, so thank you.However, I don't think it's fair to make the assertion that syndications are that much better than SFR's based on the two experiences you've had with each.

Attributing the success you have had with digital marketing and subsequently asserting that lists do not work, is a classic example of misunderstanding 'correlation' and 'causation'.

If there is to be another deep recession, as some people have been asserting again and again, a better chance might be ahead, but who knows?

You are losing creditability by your continued lack of support for your assertions and your attacks on me. 

Your assertion that the original is needed is just plain wrong.  

Provide some credible evidence to back up your assertion.

All I have done is question your assertion that your operating expenses are far below the normal.
