This can be shocking news for many people, but your rating may not be as important as you believe.

Getting someone specializing in real estate issues is important.

However there are tenants out there who look to exploit technicalities in leases and that is one of the reasons  why lease language is so important.  

People who makes payment on time and every time understand the importance of building a strong credit profile.
