That being said being so quick to grab na property at my young age it may not have been the best deal; but I put 0 money down and actually got paid to purchase this property so I guess I didn't do too bad.

When you reach retirement age , you can access the funds.    

Take into account: bedroom and bathroom counts, square footage of the unit, whether parking is included, whether laundry in in-unit or not or nonexistent, central air vs. window units vs. nothing, and the general condition and age of the interior.Good luck!

Depending on the house , age and where and why the floor isnt level , sometimes its best to leave it alone .

Everyone develops an intrinsic BS Meter at a young age, but I guess it just stops working on some people, perhaps this is inevitable, perhaps necessary?
