Charlie LeDuff is a total celebrity around here, and for good reason -- he does amazing stuff.Michigan recently passed a few laws meant to expedite evictions and increase punishments for squatters.

There is a lot celebrities with the same first name or the same last name that pop up. 

They are generally open to the public, with specialized exceptions like some juvenile cases, celebrity/high profile cases, etc.  

1) Celebrate with dinner and drinks2) Send a thank you letter to the buyer3) Freak out because  I spent so much on dinner4) Spend 3 hours revising my business plan5) Visit my CPA

Yes Celebrities and public speakers have those.

We celebrated with cherry kool aid, Joel's favorite drink and the went across the street to the closing agent to close the deal.After closing I began waking back to my newly acquired property, feeling pretty good after Joel's assurances and getting 50 K cash back at closing as he had the deal settled by some guru's system.....anyway, I stepped on to the street and someone tackled me pushing me back on the sidewalk, the were yelling, "MAN, IT"S SHAFT, HE's A BAD..." there was a pause and some chick says "Watch your mouth!"

I will always remember the BP birthday because my wedding anniversary and my son's 10 year birthday are within a day of the event.These forums are so helpful, and the people here are great.

And Vegas is no place and no way for humans to live.So my prediction for the future is that there will be many places like Celebration, Florida, only without the same degree of rigid central planning.
