I am an analytic person and look at over 50 houses before I jumped into my first deal, Purchase price of $65k, $38k rehab with an ARV of $155k, paid for an appraisal so I knew ARV was good.

I'm smart and analytical and want to get involved in real estate investing but have no experience.  

While I have found ample info, analytics, blogs, etc for crowdfunding sites such as Lending Club, I have seen very little educational material for the Real Estate Crowdfunding sites.

I'm a pretty analytical person myself and wouldn't mind such a didactic approach.

Mine were pretty close about 5 years ago when I moved from being an actuary for the guys in Columbus, OH to a job in retail analytics.

If they won't offer weekly or monthly reports on traffic, keyword rankings, analytical call tracking, CTR etc. then reconsider them.
