then I go back to them and said hey Zillow says this and then of course you get the algorithm excuse which can be true I don't put a lot of stock into Zillow personally.. then they say that well maybe 700k Maybe .. 

Despite my attempts to reason with their representative, who claimed they relied on an "algorithm," the property remained vacant for almost two months.

As they change their pricing and algorithms, we simply need to "take what comes".

Not sure if to cough up another couple thousand dollars and try a different list algorithm on ListSource or pivot to different plan. 

This is a combination of using proprietary AI methods and algorithms to search in conjunction with manual searching via internet and social media platforms, which can take upwards of 20+ hours.

So, there is probably a method to their madness and unfortunately may not be a decision maker that you will be able to find if they have adopted a strict algorithm for how to handle the auction/sale process.

I am 100% convinced new listings are getting lost in the algorithm.
