I’m wondering if anyone can give me insight as to where to find sample reasonable accommodation policies that would help guide us as we develop our own?

I thought a wrap was to put on to of the sub2, like if the local rental rate is higher to accommodate, then, the REI gives the buyer a higher monthly payment and pockets the difference.   

Usually if accommodations have to be made tenant has to pay for those and then restore your property back to how it was before the accommodation. 

The law requires you to give notice; it does not require the tenant to agree or be present.Any time you give them notice of an inspection, it's common courtesy to try and accommodate their schedule.

You're better off working with nationwide lenders/brokers that can  accommodate you in each state you're in. 

If so, the pref should be higher to accommodate for the higher risk.

The kids are getting bigger so need a bigger home to accommodate them.
