I am always surprised to meet another New Yorker in town but it's becoming more common. 

Us New Yorkers love our cash.

Magazine once that said only 4 out of 100 businesses pass the 10 year mark. 

My observations are that financial magazines by and large are funded (advertisements) by large financial institutions which are more focused on getting investors to buy their stock and bond products. 

We hired a GC out of the East Bay based on some reviews (found an ad in a local magazine initially).
