Hello everyone, I have been searching up and down the internet for an answer on this one.I just closed my relinquished property in April, and by the example in Susie's post, by I would have both my 45-day deadline (for identification of replacement properties) and 180-day deadline (closing of the replacement properties) extended.

He has provided in-depth college plans resulting in increased financial aid, scholarships, identification of the right schools at the right price, and better loans.Here are my take aways• Coverdell has low contribution limits (2k per year) but the good thing is that it can be used for a wider range of education expenses• 529 is State sponsored and some states have special breaks based on where you live• Do the Coverdell first and then the 529 in most cases• Tuition, fees, computer, room and board, prescribed supplies, and groceries.

My understanding is there is an accepted formula where-by they determine the unit value of the largest available replacement tree, and then multiply by the number of units of the removed tree, and then any adjustment values for location, breed and such.I will ask the tenant to grab a leaf and an acorn for species identification purposes.
