So in most cases title companies won't issue title insurance on a tax sale property for two years after the deed is filed.

@Warren Barton PM should pay the person / entity that holds title to the property and is listed on lease. 

That's not only lenders, but also appraisers, attorney/title companies, home inspectors, etc. 

Everyone is paid off of the final HUD/settlement statement direct from title. 

Everyone just sees this as a way to wealth, when it was never intended for that.Its dangerous to encourage people to "move their investments" into bitcoin as the title says. 

The title says it all, I'm looking for effective and unique strategies to market a unit that is available on my property.
