What do your teenage able minded kids think of what is going?

There is a group of teenage boys I've seen like 3 times smoking down the street but I'm not sure why they would break in to another house to do what they do in plain view during the day time.

I have a 4 bed room SFR and my tenant has two teenage kids where one is headed for college next week.

This configuration is to accommodate our new family dynamics of a divorcing couple sharing the property, and planning for teenage son who can’t afford to buy/rent in our resort area (he can maintain privacy in one of the studios above garage, while the other studio serves as guest accommodations).

Whether it was buy and hold, fix & flip, short-sale, wholesale, or other, I went after it.I even used it as a teaching tool for my teenage foster youth when it came to me negotiating, rehabbing - prep & demo, cleaning, and renting.

I needed something that could stand up to very heavy traffic, large gatherings with up to 50 people, teenagers with motorcycle boots and possibly rocks stuck in them, etc.

You don't want to be that middle-aged joke with a paunch and a combover with a teenager hanging all over him in an itty-bitty sports car.

There was one occasion where I saw a woman and her teenage son watching me from their door.

First it was my teenage daughter's room, then it was the home office.  

I work for a public school district and I know there are many teenagers who have criminal backgrounds.
