Hello everyone my name is David Fisher and I am a Supplier Diversity Manager for a General Contractor in the Washington DC Maryland Northern Virginia area.

I do pay for quality and I do get deals from suppliers that I consistently purchase from to take advantage of economy of scale when working on multiple projects.

I talked to my plumbing supplier about them. 

Besides, part of the money was to be used to purchase doors and windows from MY supplier (I know exactly what they cost).
