If the plugs don't have a slot for the grounding pin then a tenant would have to go through a decent amount of effort to plug something with a grounding pin in.

Hopefully, by that time you know the deal is a bit more likely to happen and you can ask the tenant about 1 week or 2 ahead of time for a showing and get all the potential buyers to come all on that time slot.

I only have bought more to replace those that go missing or are damaged.I use the Kirkland Signature Stainless Steel pots/pan sets.
