Maybe Rentals/Land/New Builds aren't super common in that area, or no investors have been identified for a lot of the projects leaving them to lean on ole' reliable- their flippers.

I remember the Grand Ole Opry shows in the 50s, talk about pure corn and horrible humor, it took a long time to get a more professionally produced show like the Tonight Show or 60 Minutes.
