If this is the beginning of a trend with larger corporations (some claim 30% to default on ARB in February?

Currently working in a corporate as a Project Manager, and an aspiring real estate investor.

there’s a funny debate on this. we put it on one of our rentals in SoCal and it’s netter us in a positive way and made us more attractive to prospective tenants.that being said, IF it were truly lucrative I think we’d see more corporate apartments like Greystar and Redwood installing solar panels.If you do install, make sure you figure out what tax credits you qualify for etc and make sure your output is covered by the panels for day AND night. theres no sun at night.. so make sure when they design they dont hide that. the salespeople are shady with that aspect and it’s annoying.

Someone told me no since he's incorporated (I guess if it's a C-Corp or S-Corp??)

I talked to two asset protection companies, Prime Corporate Services and Anderson Business Advisors.

Also, S-Corps are apparently more corp-like, and its not advisable to hold real property in corporations.

I found my contractor is registered as a foreign profit corporation in North Carolina.

(this move is necessary because the bank is only willing to lend to the corporation). the bank and the title company are telling us: don’t worry.

I have to think there is a charge for that separate of the membership.Although I will say corporate it appears to me is spending money just like a remax would on national advertising I am starting to see them on U tube and on my car radio.
