The  cash flow crowd  and the ones repeating what the gurus tell feel the only way to be rich is to have 100s of doors.

It may mean work but to think you don't have to work hard on your way to becoming rich is a lie that needs to stop being sold.

I am always anxious to get to the ones where Rich is either starting DooDoo or making us think.

I assume what you mean, Rich, is that you qualify as RE professional, which allows unlimited deduction of passive losses.
