Not exactly a Real Estate book but it has inspired a ton of people to jump into real estate and will strengthen your overall foundation of financial literacy.

The pay is abysmal for the work and time I put into it and I'm ready to start my career in a new path.I have been a member of Bigger Pockets for a month now and have truly enjoyed all of the podcasts and inspirational stories.

I got inspired to become a real estate investor after reading a book from a powerful man in history.

I am inspired by the posts here and will "stand fast" on my price for a property i am bidding on through home search.com.

Those are great books that help inspire initial motivation.

I'm  really interested to know how long have your been real estate Investor and what inspired you to get started even though starting from my perspective can seem quite scary and intimidating not that I am going to let that stop me but you get my point  :D  I already feel so excited and passionate to learn as much as possible as well as connecting and keep in contact with like minded investor I am very happy that there is a site like this out there.
