I support taxing and making STRs pay for hotel like use, but banning outright is bad precedent.

I assume these terms were coined at a time when information was directly available for a specific property (eg. a hotel).

Did you or your agent tell renters they could go to a hotel and they would be reimbursed?

Hi Calvin, I suggest going to ACRE - tonight (6/5) is their monthly meeting at the Double Tree hotel in Greentree.

It is an old 9 unit hotel that he has gutted down to the studs.

If not, I would settle for a decent cigar shop that carries the good stuff, and we can just smoke them outside the hotel.

The winters can be quite slow (and we have a long winter) even for the hotels.
