4 months ago I quit my 9-5 job 1 month ago I decided to pack everything and relocate to houston and pursue my passions in financial literacy, football training and real estate.I’m involved heavily in the first two but it’s my goal to leverage some of my free time towards finding a property that I can fix and flip in the next 3 months.The tricky part is, I want to do it with a property under 10k with max 15k in repairs.... is it possible?

I tend to search for events, spring break for local schools, football game weekends, holiday weekends, University graduation, fishing tournaments ect.Anything that drives uprental demand for my area so I can adjust my prices accordingly.I like how HA/VRBO allows you to annotate these on the market maker tab so you can remember why you set your prices higher than normal.

They were all a tight-knit group they would all watch football on Sundays in the tenant with the largest square-footage apartment.

This area is on the path of progress as Temple University begins to expand its influence northwards, especially since initial plans for Temple U's own foot ball stadium for its North Broad Street Campus.

What teams for girls and boys are making the state finals or quarter finals on a regular basis (Soccer, Basketball, Softball, Baseball, Volleyball, Football, etc..). 

When I collected rent, he said he put up a LSU Football jersey up on my living room wall. 

Right now with football and school I am very limited on time but I try to analyze deals as often as I can.

@Bryce Bradshaw if you will be living there, you will need to get a homeowners policy.To get the best pricing, package the new home with your auto.Send this info to several direct writers (the ones that run commercials during football games) and one or 2 independent brokers. 

I wish our elected politicians would get together & fix the issues with health insurance in our country instead of making it a political football...That being said, regardless of what Congress & the President does with regards to Health Insurance, taxes, etc., it's not my approach to complain about it, but to instead how to best benefit from whatever comes our way.FWIW, I started on Bronze for years and last year switched to Silver.
