I have been interested in buying a laundromat but have been hesitant thus far because the only ones I have found have been on leases and I’m worried about investing hundreds of thousands of dollars into something that can be terminated or significantly altered with the end of the lease.

We found this lead through SMS marketing targeting tired landlords.

I only find this interesting because she spends her days commenting on Marco Island posts.She proceeds to send me a long private message saying that she found me on a "scammer website".  

Now that I found out about my property I just had to take down from mls, I decided to bring that contractor through this one.

I've found a potential tenant that would love to do a lease option, or rent it with the option to buy at the end. 

I've researched different platforms and found one that provides comp analysis along with a rehab calculator tool.

It was the only operation like it in the country as could be found through regulatory bodies and it was deemed compliant.
