Does anyone know a property manager that supports small self-storage rentals in addition to residential rentals?

As I develop trust and confidence in them, I invest more, and I've come to have a significant portion of my net worth invested with some operators. 

Where is vacancy, maintenance/cap ex, asset protection, PM (include it even if self managing as you deserve to be compensated for your efforts), utilities, misc.  

Single family or multifamily, flips or rentals, new developments in light areas or infill lots?

Are you self managing those properties?

Not sure if hard money would be the correct route to go for this one or notHey @Scott Allen I generally run the initial underwriting to minimize the developer's equity (@Shayan Sameer) based on the max LTV % or LTARV % that the handful of HMLs that quote me on my deals.

On paper they were amazing deals, in reality they sucked so badly I went into self storage instead.

Without accounting for management fees (I have not yet decided if I will try to self manage), and with planning to raise rents to typical market of $825 for each of the smaller units, and $1200 for the larger unit, does this seem like a worthy first investment? 

For C to B-Larger developments announced nearby-Increased activity in new construction-Building of commercial retail in or near the neighborhood. 

Hopefully it'll be lower, but that where's my urban developers in a few other markets are seeing their numbers come in.
