3 kids, of course she is doing laundry every day and it is in the day time while her husband is gone to work.

In theory, you don't even need to focus on your daytime job you could be making min.

While I am only human I have noticed direct correlation between the absence of sugar and high levels of motivation, energy, and daresay optimism; adversely I've noticed that high levels of sugar consumption, especially in daytime hours, lead to horrible crashes of energy, motivation, and daresay depression (not necessarily clinical depression but certainly depressed attitude or state of mind).  

The once beautiful ‘Emerald City’ is still green but now colored with human waste and garbage.Citizens are afraid to go downtown even in the daytime.

Insist on having them use a cannabis vape instead of smoking. 

Save money in a 401K so that when you retire you'll have enough to eat ramen noodles while you watch daytime T.V....cause you definitely aren't going to have enough to go on that cruise to the Bahamas.

I don't know how close your neighbors are,  but in my experience the other thing that makes a mouse show up in daytime?  

You don't want your negotiation back and forth to change that original 30 day time clock.
