I have been interested in some of the affordable C and D class condos in the North Dallas area. 

Cash flow interests me but I'd love to hear your guys' opinion on a newbie starting his career out of state (so far the Dallas TX and Jacksonville FL markets seem interesting).  

He literally grew up with donkeys and camels as the family "vehicles," so it 100% makes sense that spitting twigs out off to the side wasn't something he gave second thought to... plop a 19th century cowboy in a Corvette, and he might spit chewing tobacco without really thinking about it!

@Lidia Bowers   Congratulations for thinking on your next step,  I just went to an event about RE syndication on Dallas by The Real Estate Guys, everyone there advanced to jump on 60 + units,   I am selling my SFH portfolio (also a Realtor myself)  spend some time learning about the topic  

I will be in the Dallas area for a couple of days beginning April 10 and I always look for someone to go to lunch or dinner with!

My wife and I  ended up going the turnkey route and purchased one SFH in Dallas-Fortworth and one in SFH in Memphis back in June 2018.

I'm going to be meeting with my management people in Dallas area for a couple days.

Just make it clear that it will not be paid until the unit has been surrenderedYou didn't mention a court date so i assume that Dallas county does not give a date at filing. 

Dallas is at 8 million & it can go to 20 million & Amazon/everyone else’s hq without me!
