The concept is essentially the same as flipping. 

You can loose ALL the asset of one LLC, but the concept is to avoid propagation to the other LLC.

However, this is why the whole concept of "disregarded" comes about. 

I think you might have something mixed up but without knowing what, I don't know how to help.Best to think simple to grasp concepts.

It is a completely asinine concept.

So we do not really have to consider the acquisition indebtedness concept here, do we?

@Tony R Fox I've thought about this "streams of income" concept a lot and what I think is most important is that these income streams continue to flow to you regardless of how much time you put into it.

I’ve been scanning listings and running numbers on a few houses but havent 100% grasped the concept of it all.

Currently, I am doing 1 analysis per day while learning the concept and lingo behind real estate investment on the side while working full time.
