You are renting a chair and telephone and surrounded by people that all want that same lead you are looking for.  

That keeps me in the big bosses chair......I've grown quite fond of that chair..:)  Just my opinion...

The kitchen is large enough for a small table and 2 chairs.

(The summer usually has about 8-10 peak weeks).You need to account for credit card processing fees, linen pulls, chair service, and Kaba lock costs.

I use the rods as I fear without curtain rods they'll be a tenant standing on a rickety chair hanging curtains by pounding nails in the framework to hold these in place (the ONE house I did not add these the tenant use thumb tacks; I guess she didn't own a hammer).Gail

Perhaps as an "office" or a den with no privacy.The counter top extension with the legs seems bit unusual, especially since the floor height differs and prevents chairs being up close to it.The split vanity in the master bath is bit unusual, also.

Is there a reason a stair chair  lift could not be used,, in a 2 story house ??
