Until Zillow comes out and promotes the notion that they are not giving appraisals, people will continue to think that they are.

Also, I am not a corporate lawyer here but I've heard enough about contract law that I think our notion of "rule of law" is totally flawed.

@Joe Splitrock completely understand, but i never gave her any notion or outright mention that i was going to rent to her.

I have no idea where someone would even come up with that notion.

All in all, alluding to the notion that these incidents trigger so much stress  indicates you may not be able to adequately operate as an investor. 

Long story short, you should never be basing where you invest based off of the notion of a "good zip code" as there is no way to 100% reliably plot zip codes on a map or deliniate where they stop and another begins.

Very good to know this is not such a crazy notion!

TX has shown its colors, and soon enough, when Realtors there realize they can get rid of some competition...I would not be building a model based on the notion that this wholesaling party will never come to an end in TX.

So I am challenging the notion that rentals or space in general will be a reliable source of wealth absent a trusted medium of exchange.

As real estate professionals, we need to stop perpetuating outdated and harmful notions about mental health.
