Solution #3It's late February of 2016, and I start browsing the internet learning about self-storage due to my friend's boss doing very well in the business.

Sure, I can pull up the MLS and browse properties anywhere in the US, but there are so many places to choose from; I have literally no point of reference in terms of where to start.

I am new to the forum as of today and have started browsing the forums but there is so much information it is slightly overwhelming.

How is the browsing experience on the iphone?

Getting engaged in forum discussions as opposed to just browsing makes a big difference in how quickly you learn things (at least for me!).

I am very excited to have joined the BP community and will thoroughly browse the resources provided.

I now begin my path of browsing the archives of BP and would appreciate any "must see" links such as excel spreadsheets, formulas, guides, tips, etc.
