If true this could take a significant bite out of STR income streams.I'm wondering if any locals have heard this or know more?

The FHA househack strategy is fairly common and pretty straight forward, a lot of people have been using this and/or the conventional househack (myself included) so have been on both sides of the table. 

However, now I wonder if it might be a good idea to set up the property management company first to take on local clients and propel us into the space faster.
