What does your schedule look like this weekend or next week.

In 2018 I was asked to attend a "Dubai Property Show" over a weekend with 20,000 properties on offer. 

Hey everyone,I'm in the Scottsdale area for the weekend and wanted to see if any local investors are interested in grabbing dinner or drinks on Sunday night? 

I would not call on weekends at all. 

That I waited for until my day job made me less money over 90 days than my real estate investing that I was doing nights/weekends.

How would I go about contacting someone interested in doing private money so that I could do a fix and flip with the assistance of a trusted family member/partner to monitor the projects (I can make trips home on the weekends to check progress)?
