Hey everyone, I just read the blog that Brandon Turner wrote called 5 Habits of the Wealthy That Help them get Rich and in there one of the books he advises using is The 10x Daily Planer so I am wondering if any one has/is using it and would recommend it?

They acquire the right to "quiet enjoyment" of it, free of landlord interference, more or less the same as if they owned it - and *you* would be trespassing.It is also required that you provide a "habitable" environment.
