The 203k is NOT your normal rehab project because of the nuances, unique paperwork, timelines, payment structure, etc. that normal contractors struggle with. 

So they are collecting fees from both the tenant and owner. never seen the PM s charging tenants that must be unique to you in Alberta.. 

Sharing the same data source as everyone else means the lead is more likely to be saturated already.Finding unique data sources or just being on top of publicly available information could do wonders.
