I know a lot of people target the travel nurse demographic, but there are also a lot of patients that come for long-term treatments and need housing.Does anyone have experience catering to this demographic, and what are your thoughts on making the house ADA compliant? 

(eg Travel medical, post grad, insurance relocation, other random etc)?

Things like:- having them name you as an additional insured- having their policy be Primary and Non-contributory- Requiring that their policy provide 30 day notice of cancellation- Having their policy waive subrogationThe Tenant should have General Liability, Professioanal Liability, Workers Compensation, Business Auto, and possibly Accident/medical coverage.

It took a year and a half and a lot of work, as well as significantly more dollars than I was insured for.We had a slip and fall medical claim a few years ago that resulted in a settlement of over $200,000.

I would say to only invest overseas if you enjoy the actual travel to that destination.

I'm planning to grow it into other areas of real estate investing.Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my three teenagers, traveling, and binge watching Netflix series. 

Maybe they want a large down payment for medical needs but are already so financially comfortable that they'll do an interest only at 5% for the first two years.

The tenant's are moving out this summer and I'll be looking for new tenants, however, I'd like to rent out my unit to mid-term tenants while I'm away traveling for months at a time.
