In my opinion, this is much more effective than texting, which often feels like a constant game of cat and mouse with phone carriers.

lol  I think you should at least consider going out and partying with girls and drinking 7 days a week, would at least be a better use of your time, than arguing with random people on a message board for over a week.

On Oct. 1st I received a text from her asking if she could pay partial rent on Oct. 4th and pay the remaining rent on Oct. 20th. 

They don’t answer my text or phone and requesting a time for a conversation goes unheeding.
