The property is in "Tear Down Condition" so I'm assuming I have to do something with it along those lines.The area is definately a lower income/value area ,but is somewhat close to a neighborhood of high priced homes.The lot will be something like $500-$1000 at maximum with a home on the location.

Unless prices have gone up considerably in the past couple years, in Baltimore, you shouldn't be paying more than about $200-220 per square for tear off and replace with standard 25 year 3-tab shingle (assuming one layer to tear off).

I tried his son again and said to have him leave the card and keys at the house or I was going to the police..nothing.. so I go to the police and I have a report filed but little I can do because I gave him my card..Wow At least I am not in tears today but I go from being livid with my stupidity and darned if I do not want to hunt him down I have no funds to finish the kitchen..
