I thought BiggerPockets was a safe place, I thought it was a place for education and support. I

I am not looking to squeeze every penny out, but hoping to have a more profitable property in order to grow my portfolio to continue doing well by doing good.thank you as always for the great support I always find here and hope 2023 provides great things for everyone!

Basically, you got to use Excel to figure the usage (software is a royal pain, not user friendly and it sucks but the eager USA tech support is there every time to help you do it) , that part is hard every time I have to use the software.

The far left (mostly city of San Diego) tries to solve this by incentivizing low cost housing but the unit count that they can support is too low to make much of a dent and the incentives are not popular with the NIMBYs and I can understand why.  

My goals with joining BP is to step outside of my comfort zone and connect with new people so I can not only continue my education for my own self-interests, but I can also give back to other newer investors and offer the same support I desperately sought a short time ago.

You can pay for onboarding support /w OwnerRez but its more than $500 for the same amount of support. I

If anyone ever had an issue with a Refund, that processed by my publishers' company and their support is open 9-5 Monday through Friday...so 99% of the time- that's where the "issue" arises.

The tech support is pretty great too. 

Though commission split is important, I feel like gaining proper knowledge and support is more important than weighing out the split because at the end of the day, if you dont bring anything, you get nothing. :/ Best of luck!
