Water was leaking and Foyer light Dome was full of water and leaking from there as well. because of excessive water drips, dry wall near the floor was also damaged.I went under contract for this property with an escalation clause as this was in great condition and paying 3% over what I had initially put in before the counter.

Stunning homes that people are dumping left and right.

My BIL used a higher grade LVL of the same color for his recent $70k kitchen rehab & it is stunning.

However, over Thanksgiving weekend as we were walking our dogs, I stopped to check the price on Zillow and I was stunned when it turned out they are asking $2.49 million.  

Stunning.

Im stunned when I look, so I ask again to make sure I have it right.  

I am stunned as well that Maryland would address that as in no way is it improper in Texas.

The only thing is, maybe saying, "Submit Property" is self explanatory to some people, but I for one didn't quite know what you meant at first..maybe saying something like, "Make your property look stunning!

I am stunned by some investors ignorance in this regard.
