Not worth the postage stamp to remit the interest to the Tenant. 

This took an immense amount of time to research all this; make sure they were living; see if they were divorced, set up & print each individual letter, etc...I spent $47 for 100 stamps, $12.54 for envelopes, computer paper and ink I had at home.

Often I find:"Sales disqualified as a result of examination of the deed"followed by either: "Disqualified (Doc Stamp .70 / SP less th $100 / Other Disq)"or additional info indicating a transfer of deed where "no doc stamps were paid" usually with like a hundred dollars in place of the price, otherwise often I'll see a small price back around 20 years ago for under 20k, which I'll usually use for my records as the last sales price. 

So... do you buy a different stamp for that?

After it has been recorded it should go to them and they can stamp their approval on it. 

They had to compete 10 mailers an hour which consisted of 10 handwritten letters and envelopes, stuffed, stamped and ready to be mailed.

It's worth a try for a stamp and a letter.  

Adjacent lot is very buildable, but truly a postage stamp.

I imagine it can be done if an engineer stamps the conversion plans and building inspectors sign off.
