I wanted to know if you guys have software that can get that kind of information easily and efficiently.

I think if you’re just starting out you may be over thinking it to want to automate everything with expensive software.

Bank Loan: It’s true that banks typically look for steady income, but a large down payment (20-30%) and good credit could help strengthen your application.
