After soaking in as much knowledge as possible this past year, my portfolio is still 0 but I am overly anxious to take action.

Brick soaked up a lot of paint but it has held very well over the last few years. 

I’m essentially a newbie doing my first project trying to soak up as much knowledge as I can.  

My goal is to generate enough passive income that I'm no longer depending on my engineering paycheck to support me and my family.I understand that I have a lot to learn and I plan to soak up as much knowledge as I can.

But decide FIRST where you want to start.Then, soak up all the info you can about the niche you chose. 

Also to clarify the bathroom setup.. the tub is for taking a bath.. there's no shower head.. only handheld sprayer (like you would soak in the tub and use the sprayer just to rinse off). 

The co-op's in NJ do not work, the co-op boards raise their fees as often as possible, which soaks up all appreciation, even with making substantial upgrades.
