Outcome currently is a rented basement for $1,350 a month + $130 in utilities while I live in the upstairs unit.

We came across a large single-family residence with two kitchens, right next to a commercial zone, that was previously used as a sober living facility.

the issue is the $200K investment does not add any where close to $200K of value in most single family zoned areas. 

The Federal Trade Commission watches trends in reports, they don't address single reports.

I'm only looking at duplex's or single family at the moment.

Do you think a duplex is generally a better investment than a single-family home for rental purposes?

For example, do you know what single family rentals are owned by Blackrock?

I’m coming up on my year without a single deal and now they’re not even replying to my messages.
