There is a lot of construction going on in DFW area right now so there is a shortage. 

Wanting to take advantage of California's new ADU laws + housing shortage in LA, I bought the property with the intention of building an accessory dwelling unit in the back part of the lot.

The rental marketing has been at full capacity for quite awhile, but with SAH orders, layoffs, food shortages etc, the rental market will most definitely drop considerably.
