Having a good investor agent will make or break your out of state investing experience.

I'm interested in the VB/VA and OK City markets (lots of family in OK now), but then again, I don't have much experience analyzing markets. 

But it also is a money pit if you don’t have the experience.  

I have the credit, experience and the knowledge on how to underwrite the deal to show their ROI in this arrangement vs a traditional sale. 

However, I've heard lots of bad experiences online with Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, etc. etc.

@Rosmery ThenMy partner and I are in the same situation, just he has 20 years of construction and development experience.

The debt is not yours, and unless a question is asked in a way that would subject every investor to having to reveal the debt of every entity he was an investor in, you should have no problem.This is based on my knowledge and experience, I am not an attorney.
