While this decision cost me some money, based on others experiences expressed here on BP with this and other builders, I have no regrets.   

Ultimately these traits are saving you time and time is more important and expensive than 3-6% commission ( obviously depends on your conditions and your goals) so ask your self that question . 

Tithing, worshiping, loving your neighbor, helping the poor, etc. are all outward expressions of an internal witness.
