What's the lowest credit score you will allow?

We came across a company called Seek Capital because, unlike other companies, they are willing to approve setting us up with lines of credit based on my wife's credit score and do not require a high monthly revenue like other companies. 

Hey @Bobby Valcin, so that orig person had a lot of debt with a low credit score, and when I mentioned that to him, he said "yeah, I figured you'd find that out from the application!" 

I look at big banks and credit unions that BP users say have recently extended a line of credit for rental houses. 

For borrowers with low or mid-range credit scores, what are some strategies for securing hard money loans?

Credit Score must be 620+.  

I'm in the union on long island so I have a decent W2 job to help get started, I think a house hack would be my best bet starting out but, what do you guys think?

I'm not saying This is the best area to invest in I'm just saying I was surprised at the amount of open ground and how far I could see in the distance.Just my 2 cents.From the  internet (NOTE I did a virtal drive through not in person):if you go there be careful.The McDougall-Hunt neighborhood in Detroit has ahigher risk of crime, with a CAP Index score of 8 out of 10.

And it's scored by which of the 3 it exudes, all 3 together is highest quality/urgency, 1 alone is lowest. 

When I purchase portfolios, I typically have it funded by a small local credit union or bank, e.g. a portfolio lender.
