You found a scam.

there is a ton of HML in NJ  don't get scammed with up front fees... and or terms that are too good to be true..

I couldn’t say it was a scam but I’ll tell you there’s cheaper ways to learn more. 

I would have said fake / scam / etc.but if its some one you know then count your lucky stars  that's very very good terms of course.. and your very fortunatenow just buy the right properties  :)

Hello BP, I wanted to Bring to Peoples Attention that there is a new scam people need to be aware of involving Zillow where a Keller Williams Agent Recently delt with.

His answer is for me to try renting an apartment somewhere where a landlord is going to sit down with me every month and count pennies with me, and not charge me while I'm away.I'm responding to you as more and more landlords are charging for utilities, and many tenants felt it's a scam.

I am not going to take 3 days to get 5 quotes to save $100, and at that run the risk that the cheapest AC guy is a scam artist or doesn't know what he is doing. 

As most of the people on here have already stated, keep using this website as a resource, and get out there and network as much as you can at any local events you may hear of since there are plenty (although beware of buying into some scam type conferences out there).

That way I can hopefully save another smaller landlord from being scammed by these people.Thanks for getting through this long post and I appreciate any feedback.
