$15k is lot to dish out for any program.

The area I'm looking at does not have good coverage in streetview so most of the properties aren't on it, but I can see the satellite image overhead.

I suggest you search the forums for the many discussions about this topic before you dish out a lot of money to form your LLC.

Then when you get out, you're barred from any RE activity, you end up washing dishes at some dinner and can't even rent the house you once owned but a rat infested flat in a bad area where your place is robbed.
