This is what I do, don't feed the debt monster, in other manage debt, and make sure your cashflow is sufficient to cover the bumps along the way

If you don't go back, build that online business into a monster, and invest the proceeds.  

This to me is a monster risk with a very mediocre return.

Non-performing debt is a monster that will destroy investing efforts and must be at minimum muzzled to have any chance at investing. 

It works regardless of what you may think or can comprehend.You are also confusing minimally-funded, traditional Whole life policy with the maximum over-funded, cash value monsters that we use for real estate investors.

And the trend didn't stop, this is when the "monster" we know as national debt was really birthed.
